Chelsea may now be interested in signing Leeds United’s Tyler Adams this summer.
That is according to a report from The Times.
They claim that Chelsea are starting to shortlist more midfield targets as their attempts to sign Brighton’s Moises Caicedo drag on.
It is understood that Tyler Adams, 24, is now under consideration for the Blues.

Despite some encouraging individual performances last year in the Premier League, Adams now has a relegation on his CV after Leeds dropped down to the Championship.
The Athletic recently claimed that Adams has a £20million relegation clause in his Leeds deal.
In our view, a Premier League side could pick up the Leeds midfield star for a potential bargain at £20m.
The 24-year-old is an all-action defensive midfielder with great stamina, aggression, tackling and ball-playing qualities.
The United States international, who took the captain’s armband of fellow countryman Christian Pulisic, is far too good to be in the second-tier next season.
We’re not completely sure he could stroll right into the Chelsea starting line-up from day one, but there’s no doubt he would strengthen a No 6 position that looks weak right now at Stamford Bridge.

Adams’ performances at last year’s World Cup for the US earned him comparisons to N’Golo Kante, which will be music to the ears of Chelsea fans.
Speaking on his own podcast last November, Ian Wright explained that Adams reminded him of Chelsea favourite Kante with his tenacity in midfield.
Wright said: “In that game yesterday (vs England), I got Kante vibes in the way he was snuffing, intercepting, tackles, that kind of vibe.”
