PSV Eindhoven star Noni Madueke will reportedly definitely be joining Chelsea.
According to Dutch newspaper Eindhovens Dagblad, PSV have accepted a bid from Chelsea for the 20-year-old winger.
The report claims that Madueke will ‘definitely’ complete a move from the Netherlands to Stamford Bridge this month.
Rik Elfrink, who’s a journalist for Eindhovens Dagblad, adds on Twitter that Chelsea could end up paying as much as €40million (£35million) for the PSV attacker.

Noni Madueke to Chelsea is happening
It looks like Chelsea’s hectic January transfer window is not over quite yet.
Graham Potter has already strengthened his squad considerably this month, and he’s about to have another exciting wide player thrown into the mix.
For Chelsea fans that haven’t seen much of Madueke, they can expect a talented winger with fantastic dribbling and speed.
Fred Rutten, who’s the PSV assistant coach, waxed lyrical about Madueke back in 2021:
“What is beautiful and special with this player is how he can accelerate when dribbling,” Rutten told Algemeen Dagblad.

Madueke is an English talent that has developed and matured in recent years with PSV, but he’s now set to get a crack at Premier League football.
The former Tottenham academy player was born in London, so it’s a move home. However, he’ll now be representing the blue side of the capital.
It’s yet more investment from the Chelsea hierarchy to improve this squad and signal their intent.
