Chelsea are reportedly interested in Real Madrid youngster Rafa Marin as a potential transfer target.
According to The Telegraph, Graham Potter’s side are considering a move for the 20-year-old defender from Spanish giants Madrid.
It is understood that the Blues are joined by Juventus and RB Leipzig in the race to sign the centre-back, who now has just 18 months left on his current deal.
Despite the fact he’s yet to make his first-team debut, Madrid’s rising talent is attracting interest from some of Europe’s big clubs.

Chelsea target Rafa Marin
The Telegraph explains that Chelsea have been watching Marin closely, who’s likely to cost between £5million and £10million to sign.
Apparently, a January deal for the youngster is not impossible at this stage, but a summer deal is rated far more likely.
Described as “powerful” in the report, Marin is a technical centre-half impressing in Madrid’s B team. He’s got Spain Under-21 international caps, too.
