For clubs who want to sign Chelsea striker Armando Broja on loan before the transfer window closes, they are going to have to meet one demand.
Wolverhampton Wanderers have already had a loan offer for Armando Broja rejected by Chelsea, according to the Express & Star.
However, Athletic journalist Simon Johnson has just claimed on X that the Blues will only loan out the 22-year-old if the proposal to sign him includes an obligation to buy.
Broja has not been handed too many starts in the Premier League this season, being included in Mauricio Pochettino‘s first XI on just six occasions.
Things will not get any easier for the Albania international either when Nicolas Jackson returns. The former Villarreal man has been at the Africa Cup of Nations and Pochettino has confirmed that he could actually be back in time for the Liverpool game tomorrow.

Chelsea want a transfer fee for Armando Broja
At some point, it is quite clear that Chelsea want a fee for Broja. It makes sense after all of the money that they have spent recently. The club are obviously trying to make some back now.
If they did not need to, then it is unlikely that Broja would have been available.
He signed a new long-term contract in 2022 and is one of only two natural centre-forwards in Pochettino’s squad. There is no logic in selling him during this transfer window, unless another No.9 is coming in or you need to make some money.
If you are Broja, a move may not actually be that bad. At another Premier League club like Wolves, he should get more game time and opportunities compared to what he is getting at Chelsea at this moment in time.
A loan deal without an obligation to buy does not look like it is happening, though.
