Now that the January transfer window is less than three weeks away, Chelsea supporters are starting to read plenty of speculation regarding the futures of their players.
The Chelsea squad appears to be in a really healthy position right now and gelling together, so it’s important that the mid-season transfer window doesn’t disrupt that.

Monza interested in Chelsea youngster Cesare Casadei
Italian club Monza, who currently sit 19th in Serie A, are reportedly keen on signing Chelsea’s Cesare Casadei.
According to BBC Sport, Monza have opened talks with Casadei over a potential loan move.
It is explained that the Italian top-flight side have initiated discussions about signing the 21-year-old Chelsea youngster on loan in next month’s January transfer window.
Casadei is “very likely” to leave Chelsea in January to go and try play more regularly in the New Year.
The central midfielder’s only played five senior games so far this season, which is why a loan spell in the second half of the campaign feels like a no-brainer.
Gianfranco Zola is a massive fan of Chelsea’s Casadei and would love to see him make it at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea believe Casadei has ‘huge potential’, but it’s pretty obvious he needs more minutes to help his development.
Do Chelsea have the midfield depth to let Cesare Casadei leave?
If Casadei leaves the club next month, the Blues need to ensure they still have another depth in the centre of the park.
The Italian youngster’s been quite far down the pecking order so far this season, failing to play a single minute in the Premier League. However, he’s been an important figure in the club’s Conference League campaign.
In fairness, Chelsea’s midfield will still be pretty stacked if they grant Casadei’s loan move.
Enzo Fernandez, Romeo Lavia and Moises Caicedo are the club’s outstanding central midfielders. Also, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is a decent alternative in reserve.
If needed, academy graduate Sam Rak-Sakyi has proven his quality in midfield during this week’s Conference League victory away at Astana, too. Chelsea’s Rak-Sakyi completed 87/88 of his passes against Astana in Thursday’s European success.
