Bayern Munich could soon ditch talks to sign Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea as Thomas Tuchel also takes a look at Tottenham No.15 Eric Dier.
That is according to BILD in Germany.
So, what is the latest on Trevoh Chalobah? Let’s take a look…
What’s the story?
Well, Chelsea and Bayern Munich remain in talks over a deal for the man born in Sierra Leone.
However – according to BILD – negotiations are proving to be difficult for Bayern Munich, as Chelsea have no interest in letting Chalobah leave on loan, and only want a permanent sale.
The Evening Standard believe Chelsea are demanding £50m.
BILD add that the Blues would shake hands on a loan if Bayern Munich agreed to sign Chalobah permanently next summer through an obligation to buy.
As things stand, that doesn’t interest Bayern Munich.
Now, Chalobah could be left in limbo at Stamford Bridge as Tuchel begins to explore alternatives options, with Dier on his radar after Ange Postecoglou dropped the £92,000-a-week England international.

Bayern Munich are also considering a swoop for Armel Bella-Kotchap of Southampton if an agreement with Chelsea cannot be found.
Bayern Munich list of alternatives should make Chelsea tread carefully
Clearly, Chelsea are open to letting Chalobah leave, but are keen to obtain a massive fee.
That is slightly harsh on Chalobah – who The Athletic believe is aware of the need to leave Chelsea for regular football following the arrival of Axel Disasi.
An asking price closer to £30m is fair for the Chelsea academy graduate given his position in the pecking order under Mauricio Pochettino.
So far this season, Chalobah has not even been included in any of the Argentine’s four matchday squads.

Chelsea could negotiate more effectively with Bayern Munich if Tuchel was only looking at Chalobah, but the fact Dier and Bella-Kotchap are listed as backup options, and either player would also be much easier to sign, should keep the Blues on alert.
If Chelsea price the Freetown-born defender out of a move, then Pochettino risks having an unhappy player in his squad until at least January.
Be sure to keep an eye on this situation, as Chalobah could leave Stamford Bridge before Friday’s transfer deadline.
