Brighton are expecting to receive a new bid from Chelsea for Moises Caicedo.
That is according to a report from Sky Sports.
One source has told Sky Sports that Brighton are braced for Chelsea to make a fresh offer for Moises Caicedo.
It is understood that the Blues recently failed with their £80million offer, which is still some way short of Brighton’s £100million asking price.
However, the Seagulls think that an improved bid from Chelsea is pending.

It would be a tough pill to swallow if Chelsea decide to walk away from Caicedo after so many weeks of intense transfer speculation this summer.
Brighton continue to stand firm over Caicedo’s valuation, which in our opinion is very steep.
There’s no doubting that the energetic defensive midfielder is a top-quality player with so much potential to go with that, though.
Aged 21, Chelsea could look at him as a long-term investment to solve their midfield for the next decade.

Described as “incredible” by Adams Lallana on Sky Sports, Caicedo ticks so many boxes as a No 6 midfielder.
We suggest Chelsea bite the bullet to get this transfer over the line because he can help transform our midfield alongside Enzo Fernandez.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side is crying out for a quality defensive midfielder to slot straight into the starting line-up.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano reported on CaughtOffside this week that Chelsea do still remain confident Caicedo will be holding up their shirt at Stamford Bridge by the end of the transfer window.
