Chelsea are linked with a high-profile player this summer that is reportedly available for just £21m.
It’s still only the first week of July, but Chelsea have already welcomed several new faces to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues have already confirmed the signings of Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Tosin Adarabioyo, Marc Guiu and Omari Kellyman.
On top of that, The Athletic reports that Chelsea have agreed a £12m deal to sign FC Basel star Renato Veiga. He’s now due in London for a medical ahead of his transfer move.
Now, it’s been claimed that a Chelsea transfer target is available for a bargain price.
Federico Chiesa available to sign for £21m
Journalist Fabrizio Romano has claimed via X that Juventus are prepared to sell Federico Chiesa in this summer transfer window.
It is understood that the Italian club have put a €25m (£21m) price tag on their attacker.
The Italy international is not in the plans of new Juventus manager Thiago Motta.
This comes after recent claims that Chelsea may be interested in signing the Serie A winger.
TuttoJuve reported in June that Chelsea are one of the few Premier League clubs keen on signing Juventus wide man Chiesa.
A potential bargain
The Chelsea Chronicle thinks that Chiesa could be a really smart purchase by the Blues, especially for just over £20m.
Let’s wait and see if Enzo Maresca side decide to ramp up their interest, though.
He’s an experienced and skillful left-winger at the top level.
The forward has played 235 games in Serie A across spells with Juventus and Fiorentina, scoring 47 goals and making 43 assists in return.
A deal to sign him for £21m feels like a no-brainer and a major bargain.
