Chelsea have a lot of attackers right now, both at the club and out on loan.

In Mauricio Pochettino‘s current squad, Cole Palmer, Noni Madueke, Mykhailo Mudryk and Raheem Sterling are all options who can play out wide.

As for the list of those away from Stamford Bridge at the minute, it includes the likes of Angelo and Hakim Ziyech.

However, it looks like that list is about to get shorter.

Chelsea attacker will not play for the club again

Romelu Lukaku and, while he is obviously not an attacker, Kepa Arrizabalaga are also two other Chelsea players who are out on loan.

It remains to be seen what happens with them, but the future of Ziyech, who cost the Blues £33m, is much clearer.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, his temporary spell at Galatasaray is set to become permanent.

Speaking on his YouTube channel, he said: “I know it’s officially a loan with Galatasaray with a buy option, but what I’m hearing is that it’s guaranteed that at the end of the season, Hakim Ziyech will be a Galatasaray player from Chelsea. So Chelsea already don’t consider Hakim Ziyech as one of their players.”

What else has Fabrizio Romano said about Chelsea?

As well as outgoings at Chelsea, Romano has also discussed potential incomings.

For example, according to the Italian journalist, the club have already enquired about Tosin Adarabioyo’s wage demands.

The Fulham defender is set to leave Craven Cottage at the end of the season when his contract expires.

Chelsea will watch one of their own centre-backs leave this summer, Thiago Silva, who is joining Fluminense on a free transfer. Pochettino asking for a new centre-half, then, makes sense.

However, Adarabioyo is nowhere near as experienced as Silva and has not played at the elite level like the Brazilian, who has represented Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan.

Ultimately, you can debate whether the 26-year-old is good enough to be a starter at Stamford Bridge.
