Wolverhampton Wanderers have now rejoined the race to sign Chelsea striker Armando Broja.
That is according to well-respected journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Blues centre-forward Armando Broja, 22, is the player receiving a lot of attention on this transfer deadline day.
Romano claimed via X earlier this week that Chelsea turned down an approach from Wolves to take Broja on loan for the rest of the season.
Now, it sounds like the Premier League club have reentered the running in the eleventh hour.

Romano has provided the update on social media this morning that Wolves have returned overnight and are back in the Broja race.
However, there’s rival interest from Fulham to sign the 22-year-old frontman.
“There’s still movement around Armando Broja with Chelsea expected to make final decision later today,” Romano wrote on X.
“Fulham are waiting for Chelsea to reply to their official proposal, loan with buy option.
“Understand Wolves have also returned overnight after loan bid rejected.”
Armando Broja future
We’re expecting a few more twists on this deadline day regarding Broja.
The Daily Mail has claimed that Fulham are likely to make a bid worth £30million today for Broja.
He was an unused substitute in Chelsea’s 4-1 defeat away to Liverpool last night, but we do worry the squad will be a bit thin in attack if he’s allowed to leave Stamford Bridge today.
