Fabrizio Romano has stated that Chelsea have reached an agreement with Ipswich Town to send Omari Hutchinson out on loan this summer.
He took to Twitter to claim that he will be completing his medical in the coming hours as he finally looks set to leave the club on loan.
It is now the third consecutive window that the club have looked to offload Hutchinson, with plenty of Championship interest in his services.

However, for whatever reason these deals have continued to collapse, and he has instead been having to bide his time with the U21s.
He was rarely spotted with the first team around the end of 2022 too, and was used off the bench against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.
The winger was threatening big things under Graham Potter, and featured against Aston Villa in a friendly match during the World Cup.
Hutchinson set for Championship loan
This display amazed teammate Reece James, who was no doubt excited at the prospect of playing alongside him next season.
Now, Romano has claimed a massive move for his development is now set to be confirmed.
He said: “Ipswich Town completed the agreement with Chelsea to sign Omari Hutchinson on loan deal, here we go.

“Season loan agreed, medical in the next hours then announcement to follow.”
With the quality of some of the wide players on show at Stamford Bridge at the moment, it was unlikely he would have a lot of moments to shine under Mauricio Pochettino this season.
He perhaps will have been looking with envy at some of his fellow youngsters who were given the opportunity to thrive in last night’s friendly against Wrexham in the United States.
