Chelsea are going to have to compromise if they want to sell one of their forwards this summer it seems.
A couple of Chelsea‘s attackers have been linked with moves away from Stamford Bridge.
Raheem Sterling, for example, is one man who could leave west London in the next transfer window.
The winger has been overlooked in Chelsea’s last few fixtures and there has been talk about a potential switch to MLS.
Armando Broja may also not be part of Mauricio Pochettino‘s squad next season, with the striker currently out on loan at Fulham.
Clubs unwilling to meet Chelsea’s valuation
Chelsea do not want to sell cheap this summer, which is understandable.
Because of profit and sustainability rules, the club will likely try to make as much money as they can from sales.
However, it does not look like other teams are willing to play along.
According to Sportslens, Chelsea were hoping to sell Broja for up to £50m, but insiders believe £25m is the most realistic transfer fee the Blues could get for the 22-year-old after his difficult loan spell at Fulham.
Broja is actually yet to start a game for Chelsea’s west London rivals since joining them in the winter transfer window.
Who could Armando Broja join in the summer?
Right now, it seems unlikely that Fulham will sign Broja permanently. With Rodrigo Muniz their first-choice striker right now and in form, the Albania international has not been able to make an impact at Craven Cottage.
However, a move to another Premier League club still looks possible. According to Sportslens’ report, Wolverhampton Wanderers, West Ham United and Crystal Palace have all shown an interest in signing him.
At Chelsea, Broja is unlikely to get much game time next season. His lack of action this term is why he left the Blues temporarily in the first place. Because of that, then, a switch to any of the clubs above would make sense.
