Jorginho’s agent Joao Santos said he has been in contact with “two European top clubs” and admitted his client’s summer exit is possible.
The 28-year-old has been heavily linked with a Serie A return and a reunion with former Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri at Juventus.
Interestingly, his agent Santos said the two clubs who have been in contact with him are not from Italy.

The agent told Radio Musica Television (as quoted by Goal): “If you ask me if Sarri likes Jorginho, I’d say ‘yes’ due to their history.
“I can’t say anything about the transfer market as I’m not in touch with anyone right now.
“Jorginho still has three years left on his contract and is doing well at Chelsea, but if a big enough offer comes in then a deal could go through.
“In this sense, two top European clubs, not Italian ones, contacted me.”

The Italy international has been an integral part of Frank Lampard’s system, which is illustrated by his 26 appearances from the 29 Premier League games Chelsea have played this term.
However, if Chelsea are planning to offload some of their players for summer transfer window reinvestment, Jorginho would tick the boxes considering the Blues have an abundance of midfield options.
