Nico Paz would bring more of a sense of creativity to Chelsea’s midfield. Operating as a modern number 10 under Cesc Fabregas at Como, the 21-year-old has the ability to receive the ball under pressure in the half-spaces and turn, much like Cole Palmer does.
And at 1.86m, Paz has the physicality and aerial strength. But unlike your usual creative midfielder, he also has the work rate to get back and put his defensive work in.
