Liverpool have just made a fresh enquiry about signing Chelsea’s Levi Colwill.
That is according to Football.London.
The future of Levi Colwill, 20, is certainly an interesting topic this summer.
Chelsea’s highly-rated defender is currently away on international duty, playing a key role in England’s Under-21s side reaching the European Championship final.
But where will he be playing his club football next season?

Football.London claims that Liverpool are retaining interest in signing Colwill, which is why they have made a new enquiry for him in the last few days.
It is understood that Reds manager Jurgen Klopp massively admires the 20-year-old, who impressed last season during a season-long loan at Brighton.
The report claims that Chelsea are still determined to keep academy graduate Colwill, though, and are giving Liverpool no encouragement when it comes to a potential transfer.
Apparently, the Blues want their young centre-back to sign a new contract and play a key role at Stamford Bridge moving forward. The player needs to have discussions with head coach Mauricio Pochettino before deciding his future, though.

Colwill’s reputation is beginning to soar in these past few months, which is why we would love Chelsea to secure his long-term future and get him playing in the first team.
Interestingly, speaking in an interview with talkSPORT last month, Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson described Colwill as a “very good player”. Now, the youngster is tipped with a potential move to Anfield.
Thankfully, the speculation suggests that Chelsea will do what they can to keep the very exciting centre-back.
In our view, the left-footer has all the potential to become an elite defender in the future. We just hope we can watch that journey unfold in Chelsea colours.
