Chelsea youngster Lewis Hall may be on the verge of leaving Stamford Bridge.
That is according to a report from talkSPORT.
They claim that Premier League side Newcastle United are now close to agreeing a deal with Chelsea for Lewis Hall.
It is explained that the Blues value the versatile youngster at around £35million.
The report adds that Eddie Howe’s Newcastle are currently in the process of trying to negotiate a loan with an option to buy for the Chelsea talent.

Hall, who’s aged just 18, is now hotly tipped with a big transfer away from Stamford Bridge.
The Athletic reported last night that Hall has decided he’s prepared to leave Chelsea on a permanent basis amid interest in this summer window from Newcastle.
Now, it sounds like the Blues teenager is one step closer to a transfer.

The Athletic claimed a few months ago that Hall made a great impression on former Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel. In particular, the current Bayern Munich manager was particularly impressed by his techinique.
We’ve seen Hall look the part as a left-back in Chelsea’s first team last season. Micah Richards previously described as “magnificent” on Sky Sports.
The fact he’s played in midfield throughout a lot of his youth means he’s great in possession and playing in a full-back role does allow him a freedom to dribble past opponents with skill and pace.
He definitely looks like yet another super talent from Chelsea’s academy at Cobham, but Newcastle may be the side to benefit from his quality if they get this deal over the line.
