Chelsea’s expansive transfer dealings already completed this summer were always going to see them needing to part ways with a number of players before the window closes.
Liam Delap, Joao Pedro and Jamie Gittens are all big-name signings made by the club. Pedro made his mark with two goals on his first start in the Club World Cup semi-final.
The Blues look set to part ways with Noni Madueke, who has already agreed personal terms over a move to Arsenal. The clubs are currently in discussion over a fee.
As well as first team stars who are set to generate a decent amount of money for the club, and one player who looks as if he will be in for a move is Ishe Samuels-Smith.

The youngster is yet to make a Premier League appearance for the Blues, despite there being no obvious competition to starting left-back Marc Cucurella.
The Blues have high hopes for Samuels-Smith, however L’Equipe have reported that the full-back has been spotted at the Strasbourg training ground.
The report goes on to say that a permanent transfer is being considered, which would see Chelsea make a small profit on the youngster.
Samuels-Smith was tipped to break into the first team next season, however it looks as if he could be spending his future under the watchful BlueCo eye elsewhere.

Samuels-Smith move could be perfect
Business has not been rare between Chelsea and Strasbourg since Todd Boehly and co took over the club. Andrey Santos and Djordje Petrovic spent last season on loan there.
Mike Penders could make the temporary switch to France too, and while there is no clarity in the report as of now, a deal to see Samuels-Smith move could include some sort of buyback clause.
With Renato Veiga looking likely to leave permanently too this summer, it can be expected that Chelsea will look to the transfer market to find some cover for Cucurella.
Jorrel Hato has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge, however they will face competition from a number of other sides for his signature.
