Stan Collymore believes Brighton winger Kaoru Mitoma is exactly the type of player that would interest Chelsea owners.
Without a doubt, Mitoma is one of the most in-form players in the Premier League at the moment.
The 25-year-old has five goals and one assists in his last seven appearances for Brighton, including the winning goal against Bournemouth last weekend.
Collymore is convinced that Brighton will receive plenty of offers for the left winger, possibly including from Chelsea.

“He’s settled in really well and appears to have replaced Leandro Trossard seamlessly,” the former England striker told CaughtOffside when speaking about Mitoma.
“Obviously, his ability is there for all to see, so I’d be amazed if, come the end of the season, some of the bigger teams weren’t making offers for him.
“He isn’t going to command a huge fee.
“He’ll have two years left on his deal and he was bought for virtually nothing, around £3m, so from a commercial point of view, even a £30m offer, which would be over a 500 per cent return on investment in just 12 months, would be too good [for Brighton] to turn down.
“And, as we all know, that kind of deal is something Chelsea’s new owner would lick his lips at.”
While Mitoma is certainly an appealing potential target, it seems unlikely that Chelsea will make a move for him while already having plenty of options on the left flank.
This season alone, Chelsea have already brought in two left wingers; Raheem Sterling and Mykhailo Mudryk.
Christian Pulisic has been linked with a possible summer exit, but he is also another player in this position at Graham Potter’s disposal.
Obviously, Mitoma can also operate as an attacking wing-back. However, Chelsea also have plenty of options in this role, including former Brighton star Marc Cucurella.
