Real Madrid defender Sergio Reguilon says his future is still in the dark amid reported interests from several clubs, including Chelsea.

The 23-year-old is currently preparing for the Europa League final which will be the last game of his loan spell at Sevilla this season.

Reguilon’s brilliant displays, including against Manchester United in the semifinal where he provided the crucial assist for Suso’s equaliser, certainly helped Sevilla reach the final.

But with Friday’s final against Inter Milan approaching, the defender admitted that he still does not have any clear plan where he will play next season.

Reguilon told Muchodeporte: “I don’t even know where I’m playing next season, I have no idea.

“We have to evaluate all the options we have on the table.”

And according to the previous report from Spanish outlet AS, Chelsea are in pole position for the Real Madrid man.

Napoli and Arsenal are also reportedly interested, but Reguilon sees the Premier League and Champions League footballs Chelsea could offer would give them an advantage, the report claimed.

Particularly given Real Madrid return looks unlikely for Reguilon despite having a great season, as Zinedine Zidane reportedly prefers Ferland Mendy and veteran left-back Marcelo.

Real Madrid are reportedly looking for a fee in the region of €25million (£22.6m) for the defender.
