Report: Absolutely no chance chairman sells 28-year-old superstar to Chelsea this summer

Tottenham striker Harry Kane reportedly wouldn’t be allowed to join Chelsea this summer.

According to the Daily Mail, there is “no way” Spurs chairman Daniel Levy would agree to a deal where Kane moves across London to Stamford Bridge.

The report explains the 28-year-old striker is happy at Spurs, which is a stark contrast to last summer when he was heavily linked with a move away from north London.

It is understood the England captain feels a lot more pleased working under current Tottenham manager Antonio Conte.

Kane wouldn’t join Chelsea

The Mail’s report makes it clear Levy wouldn’t want Spurs talisman Kane joining big rivals Chelsea.

He’s a superstar forward that ended up with 27 club goals across all competitions this season. The frontman is also climbing up the Premier League’s all-time goalscoring charts, netting 183 so far to sit fifth overall.

Chelsea were actually reportedly interested in a swoop for Kane last summer when they were searching for a centre-forward, but ended up signing Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan.

The Spurs star isn’t a player linked with Chelsea yet this summer, despite the fact there will reportedly soon be talks about Lukaku potentially leaving the Blues.

Instead, there’s been links to Bayern Munich’s world-class striker Robert Lewandowski.

Chelsea fans are just praying to have a prolific goalscorer back in their XI.
