Reports suggest that Chelsea will need to act quickly if they are to sign Milan Skriniar from Inter Milan.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri have named their price for the centre-back, after PSG made an initial proposal in the past few days.
The 27-year-old was a near-ever present for Inter again last season, as they missed out on retaining their Serie A crown on the final day of the season.

The Slovakian has been one of the better centre-backs in the league for a number of years, with Calciomercato describing him as ‘irreplaceable’ and ‘flawless’.
However, his contract is set to expire in 12 months, peaking the interest of a number of Europe’s top clubs.
Despite the expiring deal, the transfer fees being discussed are still large, with Gazzetta dello Sport reporting that PSG have already had a £43m offer turned down.
They claim the Italian giants are holding out for around £52m, with Chelsea now knowing where the Nerazzurri are willing to start negotiations at.
Despite this, it is reported that there is potential for the Parisian side to make another move for Skriniar, meaning the Blues will have to work quickly if they do want to secure a deal for the Slovakian.

Skriniar would fill the void of Chelsea’s already-departed defenders well, however with no transfer fee claimed for either of them it may be difficult to defend the requested transfer fee, with the defender only having a year left on his contract.
With a move for a similar amount of money a lot closer to being completed for Jules Kounde from Sevilla, it seems unlikely the Blues will make it a double this summer.
However, Inter’s reported interest in Romelu Lukaku and Ruben Loftus-Cheek could help the Blues, with their inclusion in a deal potentially swinging Inter’s preference to West London.
