Chelsea are reportedly monitoring teenager Nicolo Rovella from Italian top-flight club Genoa.
According to Calciomercato, the Blues are interested in the 18-year-old and have been watching him.

It is understood though that the midfielder is also wanted at the San Siro by Inter Milan, who are currently managed by ex-Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.
The report explains that his current side Genoa have offered him his first professional contract to try convince him to stay amid potential summer interest.

Chelsea have reportedly identified him as a potential target that could inject even more youth at Stamford Bridge next season, something that manager Frank Lampard has been keen to oversee during his first year in charge.
Billy Gilmour is the latest star to come into the first-team fold from the academy in West London and there is a real opportunity for young players at the club right now.

Rovella is an upcoming talent in Italian football that has been exposed to very little senior so far, but is already attracting plenty of interest in him.
The defensive midfielder has represented Italy on the international stage for the Under-19s and he’s now beginning to make his way into Genoa’s main squad at club level.
After coming through the Genoa academy as a deep-lying playmaker, he’s made his first two senior appearances earlier this season during games in December
