According to 90min, Chelsea are considering making a move during this summer transfer window to sign the 29-year-old attacker.
It is explained the Blues hierarchy are doing homework on the Palace star, who would like to play Champions League football as his contract at Selhurst Park approaches its final year.
The report says Chelsea’s co-owner Todd Boehly does want the forward by putting him on his shortlist, too.

Chelsea doing homework on Zaha
Are Thomas Tuchel’s side prepared to put their faith in a player that lacks big game experience?
Of course, Zaha’s a magnificent left-winger that’s shown consistently he can be one of the most exciting individuals across the Premier League. The majority of his career has been spent in Palace colours away from the very biggest fixtures, though.
He scored 15 goals in 37 games across all competitions last season, which are the kind of numbers that would improve the Chelsea frontline.

For the Blues, they need to weigh up if they think Zaha can have a similar impact at Stamford Bridge. He would be under a new kind of pressure completely.
Described as “nearly unplayable” a couple of years ago by Tony Cascarino, Zaha is a really intriguing Chelsea target that fits the recent mould of proven in the Premier League.
It’s been reported the Palace speedster would be open to the idea of a move to the blue side of London, too.
