Chelsea are reportedly in conversation with the representatives of Milan Skriniar over a possible move next summer.
According to 90min, the Stamford Bridge hierarchy are amongst several Premier League club’s communicating with the Inter Milan defender’s council.
Along with the Blues, Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are all apparently trying to suss out the centre-back’s situation.
What is the situation with Skriniar?
Skriniar’s current deal with Inter expires at the end of the season, meaning he can sign a pre-contract agreement with another side in January.

If Inter cannot settle an agreement with Skriniar before the turn of the year, he will be heading out the exit door, potentially at a very low price.
Tuttosport claim the Slovak could go for as little as £18m if no agreement over a new deal can be found.
For a player of his calibre, this will certainly be music to the ears of Europe’s elite.
Skriniar is a star
The 27-year-old is still in the prime of his career, with nearly 400 senior appearances in the locker already.
He was vital to Inter’s 2020/21 Serie A title success, playing 32 times in the league, alongside Romelu Lukaku before his failed return to Chelsea.
Although the I Nerazurri failed to defend their Italian crown, Skriniar continued to impress, leading to numerous transfer links between himself and the Blues.

This dialogue has clearly not evaporated, as Todd Boehly continues to scour the market for ways to improve Graham Potter’s squad.
Boehly seemingly identified the captain of the Slovakian national team quite early on his reign.
The Athletic reported in June that the American owner discussed Skriniar as part of the deal that eventually saw Lukaku loaned back to his former side.
Nobody wearing the famous black and blue strip headed in the opposite direction at the time, yet this could all change before too long.
