Chelsea are reportedly in talks for AC Milan star Rafael Leao, who’s named as another attacking target alongside Everton’s Anthony Gordon.
The Times claims Chelsea are confident they will be able to sign Everton’s 21-year-old winger Gordon this week.
In addition, The Times reports the Blues are making moves for AC Milan attacker Leao.
It is understood that Thomas Tuchel’s side are also working on a deal for the 23-year-old, holding talks with Italian champions Milan over the weekend.
The report explains the Portugal international is “keen” on playing Premier League football for the first time in his career, but he’s valued in excess of £80million by his side.

Chelsea in talks for Rafael Leao
When it comes to end product in the final third, Leao is a lot more proven than emerging talent Gordon.
Milan’s speedster was a key player last season in a title-winning success, tormenting opposition full-backs from the left-winger spot.
He ended up with 14 goals and 12 assists last season in 42 appearances across all competitions.
The forward’s already played in Portugal, France and Italy in his short career, but is developing into a serious player with pedigree.

Price tag
The biggest concern regarding the developing Leao story is that quoted £80million transfer sum.
Of course, he was one of the outstanding individuals last season in Serie A to guide his side to a league crown.
However, there’s no guarantee he could replicate that in a faster and stronger Premier League.
On paper, Leao does look like the kind of explosive attacker that could inject some much-needed speed and directness into Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea line-up.
Let’s wait and see how much the Blues rate him.
