Chelsea have reportedly been presented the platform in which to speak with Paulo Dybala over a potential transfer.
This is according to 90min, who claim Juventus have opened Dybala’s door to several Premier League sides, including the Blues.
What is happening with Dyabla?
The Argentina international is now very much on the market after he failed to agree a new deal with the Italian club.

Up until Christmas, a fresh contract liked primed and ready to be signed, ahead of its expiration in June.
However, Juve apparently altered the terms at the final junction, meaning talks disintegrated.
It seems unlikely that the player will strike up a conversation again, meaning his future as a Serie A star is in serious doubt.
Hence why a dialogue has seemingly opened up, or at least offered, to England’s elite.
Destination Chelsea for Dybala?
Chelsea have previously been linked with the 28-year-old, but nothing concrete has ever arisen.
Around this time last year, Fabrizio Romano explained that the Blues hadn’t made contact with the attacker about a possible move to Stamford Bridge.

Interestingly, the situation was similar 13 months ago to what it is now.
Dybala had declined Juve’s offer of a new deal, before agreeing to one a few months later.
As previously mentioned, that scenario did not exactly pan out and now the forward is pretty much right back where he started.
Juve’s main man
Despite his precarious situation and his prior dealings with the Old Lady, 90min suggest that the English teams are not convinced he will leave in the summer.
He remains one of Max Allegri’s most important players, having captained I Bianconeri several times this season.

Those associated with the fabled black and white strips rate him pretty highly as well.
“Dybala is an absolute phenomenon,” said his former teammate Pol Lirola in 2017.
“Technically, he’s exceptional.”
There is still time for the £23m (BBC) arrival from Palermo to make peace with Juve and extend his stay.
But until he does, suggestions of a switch to Chelsea will rather unwantedly linger.
