Chelsea youngster Martell Taylor-Crossdale is reportedly on the radar of Premier League clubs.
The centre-forward currently plays in the Blues Under-23s side and is yet to make his first-team appearance at Stamford Bridge.
According to the Daily Mirror in its print edition (Page 56, 1 May), Premier League duo Southampton and Fulham are both interested in the 19-year-old ahead of the summer transfer window.
It is understood that Championship outfit Bristol City are also keen and that his current deal in West London expires at the end of the season.
Chelsea have a wave of talented youngsters on their books at youth level and Callum Hudson-Odoi has been the latest to breakthrough this campaign.
There is also currently academy graduates Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Andreas Christensen that are important senior members
But the chances of Taylor-Crossdale being the next off the production line seem slim given his contract situation and it seems like he could be picked up by an English rival.
The England Under-20 international is a centre-forward with good pace and has scored goals regularly for Chelsea’s Under-18s side, but his path to Maurizio Sarri’s team looks blocked.
Tammy Abraham is a highly-rated 21-year-old striker and he still hasn’t got much of a look in despite impressing out on loan at Aston Villa, Bristol City and Swansea City.
