Chelsea are reportedly keeping an eye on talented youngster Andrew Moran of Brighton & Hove Albion, according to TEAMtalk.
Moran signed for the Seagulls last summer from Bray Wanderers and has thoroughly impressed his coastal employers.
The 17-year-old is on 11 goals and 11 assists in the U18 Premier League this season.

He has also made two Premier League 2 appearances, with many linked to Brighton believing the youthful star is close to breaking into Graham Potter’s side.
All of Moran’s efforts have attracted some major attention, mainly from Chelsea and Manchester United.
Dealings between the Blues and Brighton have been few and far between.
However, they did recently go into business regarding another highly rated academy product.
Tariq Lamptey was raised through the Chelsea ranks, but never managed to fully break through into the first team.

Instead, he set sail for Brighton last January, where he initially shone until a serious injury halted his progress.
Moran may go the opposite way to Lamptey if the Blues interest does materialise into something more solid.
TEAMtalk state that Brighton have no desire in letting the teenager leave, despite being aware of Chelsea and other teams watching his movements.
