Chelsea are expected to register interest in signing Paris Saint-Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe.
That is according to The Times.
They claim that Kylian Mbappe, who’s one of sport’s global names, will soon be targeted by Chelsea.

The Times has run a huge piece this morning regarding the future of Mbappe.
It is understood that the Frenchman has told PSG he doesn’t want to extend his current contract, which is due to expire in the summer of 2024.
The Ligue 1 champions don’t want to lose the 24-year-old on a free transfer next summer, so could be forced into cashing in during this upcoming transfer window. It’s worth mentioning PSG may try strike a deal that allows the player to spend the 2023/24 season with them before exiting, though.
The report says that Chelsea are likely to register interest in Mbappe, but Real Madrid will be the frontrunners for his signature. Manchester United is another potential destination, too.

Former PSG striker Pedro Pauleta called Mbappe “the best player in the world” earlier this year. We think a lot of the football community would agree with that statement.
Mbappe finished his most recent season with a staggering record 41 goals in 43 PSG appearances.
The rapid attacker is a goal machine in any competition he plays in, including on the international stage with France.
Mbappe was part of a France side that lost the World Cup final last year, but he managed eight tournament goals. This included a phenomenal hat-trick in the final defeat to Argentina.
If Todd Boehly and the Chelsea board can make this transfer happen, we forgive them for a horrible first year in charge. However, we would be amazed if Mbappe did end up in Chelsea blue.
