Report: Club have no intentions of selling 'outstanding' player who Chelsea want to sign

Borussia Dortmund are not aiming to lose Jude Bellingham over the summer to Chelsea or any of his other suitors lurking in the shadows.

This is from the lips of 90min, who claim the Bundesliga club are intent on keeping their boy from Birmingham.

Bellingham was always going to attract attention from the Premier League, following a notable debut campaign with Dortmund.

An Englishmen playing abroad? That was destined to start some rumbles back on British shores.

Bought for just £25m (90min), the midfielder’s stock has now quadrupled.

“I have nothing but positive things to say about Jude Bellingham,” said then BVB coach Edin Terzic earlier this year.

“We’re really satisfied with him. I personally have a very close relationship with him.

“What he’s shown in the last few weeks has been outstanding, especially considering he’s only 17 years of age.”

Chelsea have clearly been watching from afar as Bellingham graces the German division, and enthrals England fans whenever he pulls on the Three Lions jersey.

The Champions League holders reportedly want to make the teenage sensation a Stamford Bridge centurion sometime in the future.

But as 90min state, Dortmund are not planning on cutting the young gun loose this summer.

Especially after his contract was extended by another two years on the day he turned 18.

Erling Haaland is expected to be the big money mover at the end of the season, once his relatively cheap £65m (90min) release clause kicks in.

Another player Chelsea previously had an interest in, they are now appear to be throwing their chips in Bellingham’s direction.
