PSV Eindhoven are reportedly planning for the potential exit of their midfielder Ibrahim Sangare amid Chelsea interest in him.
According to Voetbal Primeur, Dutch side PSV are aware of transfer interest in their 24-year-old.
Therefore, it is understood they are considering FC Utrecht’s Quinten Timber and KV Mechelen’s Vinicius Souza as potential midfield replacements.
The report explains the Eredivisie runners-up will turn to one of their targets if Sangare exits during this summer window.
Chelsea have recently been linked with PSV’s defensive midfielder Sangare, considering him as an alternative target to Monaco’s Aurelien Tchouameni.
Described as “incredible” by his ex-Toulouse boss Alain Casanova, he’s a player whose reputation is growing.
In fact, Sky Sports mentions both Chelsea and Manchester United as suitors for him. He’s got a €35million (£29.9million) release clause, too.

Chelsea interest in Ibrahim Sangare
Chelsea know a thing or two about the Ivory Coast, so it may excite some that the Blues have another Ivorian international on their radar.
Legendary striker Didier Drogba was a powerhouse for both Chelsea and the Ivory Coast in his playing career. Also, Salomon Kalou was another African favourite during his time at Stamford Bridge.
If Sangare ends up in the Premier League, he could end up competing against plenty of international teammates. For example, Wilfried Zaha, Nicolas Pepe and Willy Boly.
He’s an all-action midfielder that made 49 appearances across all competitions this season, which included four goals.
Let’s see how much interest Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has in him in the coming weeks.
