Chelsea youngster Dujon Sterling is reportedly set to complete a move today to Championship club Stoke City on loan.
According to The Athletic on their deadline day live blog (9:16am), the 22-year-old Blues defender is set for a season-long loan switch to Stoke.
It is understood the Championship side appear to have won the race for his signature, and he’s now having a medical on Thursday’s deadline day.

Described as a “fantastic talent” in his academy days at Chelsea, Sterling could be about to exit Stamford Bridge on his fourth different loan spell.
The right wing-back has previously spent time developing with Coventry City, Wigan Athletic and Blackpool.
He impressed last year in the Championship with Blackpool, so it looks like he could be a really shrewd addition for Stoke.
Dujon Sterling to Stoke

Stoke, who recently appointed Alex Neil as their new manager, are an ambitious club hoping to get back to the top division.
Chelsea prospect Sterling is a versatile defender that has shown in his short career he can play anywhere across the backline, including in both centre-back and full-back positions. He’s most recognised for being an attack-minded right-back, though.
The London-born talent hasn’t been able to force his way into Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea plans, so you’ve got to start wondering if his long-term future lies away from Stamford Bridge.
With only one year remaining on his Blues contract, this imminent move to Stoke should be the most important year of his career so far.
There’s definitely room in Chelsea’s squad for a player to provide genuine competition for Reece James on the right flank, so it’ll be interesting to see how the club address that area moving forward. For now, club captain Cesar Azpilicueta can provide cover.
