Graham Potter reportedly has previous of tracking Noni Madueke, amid claims Chelsea are attempting to sign the PSV Eindhoven winger.
According to the Daily Mail, the England Under-21 international is ‘well known’ to Potter and the recruitment team who have traced him since their days at Brighton.
Paul Winstanley, the new director of global talent and transfers at Stamford Bridge, had sounded out Madueke whilst he was still at the Amex.

Now in South West London, it appears Winstanley and Potter’s intrigue in the exciting winger has not died down.
In fact, the Daily Mail claim Chelsea are now in talks with PSV to potentially sign the former Tottenham Hotspur player.
Noni Madueke is being monitored by Chelsea
The 20-year-old left Spurs whilst he was teenager to join the Dutch side in 2018.
He has since played nearly 80 games for the Lampen, directlycontributing 34 goals in the process.
During his time in Holland, Madueke has established himself as a regular for the England youth team.
Ex-U21s coach Aidy Boothroyd described him as ‘a very talented young man’ and even likened him to Manchester City Wizkid Phil Foden.
Some praise indeed, considering Foden is at the forefront for his club and country currently.
But Madueke might not be far behind if he can seal a transfer to Chelsea and potentially push into the England senior squad.

Potter’s employers are apparently looking at a £35m deal to secure his signature.
Not bad for a player who is on the rise, rather than crashing back down to earth.
