Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is now confident of signing Chelsea’s Mason Mount this summer, according to reports.
The future of Mason Mount, 24, is up in the air now that he’s got just one year left on his contract at Stamford Bridge.
Blues fans are waiting to hear an official line on the England international’s future, but speculation continues to grow around him exiting West London in this summer transfer window.

The Telegraph claims today that Mount is “almost certain” to leave Chelsea this summer.
It is explained that United boss Ten Hag is pushing his club to sign the 24-year-old and now has big faith he can convince the player to move to Old Trafford.
However, the report does add that Arsenal and Liverpool are still in the transfer race as interested buyers for the Blues attacking midfielder.
This comes after last week’s claim from The Guardian that Chelsea will demand at least £60million to sell Mount in the upcoming transfer window.

Mount addressed Chelsea fans on Instagram yesterday with a message apologising for a poor season from the squad, but there was no mention about his own situation.
He’s not reached the levels he’s capable of this campaign, which you could say for most of his teammates as well.
We would love for the club and player to reach an agreement where terms are sorted for a new contract, but the report above isn’t very promising.
If he’s played his last game for the Blues, we can only wish him the best moving forward because he’s been so crucial in the last few years on and off the pitch.
