Pedro could be in line for a shock return to Barcelona this month, according to Mundo Deportivo. The Catalan club are lacking upfront after Luis Suarez was ruled out for six weeks with a knee injury. They are now reportedly contemplating a move for the Chelsea man.
Pedro has made just 11 appearances under Frank Lampard this season and is seriously out of favour at Stamford Bridge. The Blues have been linked to more wide forwards this month, so now might be the right time for the 32-year-old to move on.

The Spaniard spent seven years at the Nou Camp between 2008 and 2015. He won countless titles with the club and would likely be delighted with a move back to his former club.
Barcelona need to sign attacking reinforcements to replace Suarez after the Uruguayan had surgery on his knee. He has scored 11 goals in 17 La Liga appearances this season and will be missed by Quique Setien. They see Pedro as an appropriate short-term replacement and a cost-effective one at that.

His current contract runs out in the summer so Chelsea would not demand a big fee for his services. The Spain international has enjoyed a successful time at Stamford Bridge and the club can have no qualms with him moving on.
Although it weakens the Blues strength in depth in the wide areas, the veteran winger has barely had a look in all season. Callum Hudson-Odoi, Christian Pulisic, Willian, and even Mason Mount have been deployed on the wings this season. Four options are enough and Lampard should let Pedro go if Barcelona make a move.
