Manchester City are reportedly confident of signing Chelsea target Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund.
Bellingham, who’s been heavily linked with the Blues in recent weeks, is at the centre of a wild transfer pursuit right now.
The 19-year-old midfielder has been impressing in Germany during the past couple of years as a key player for Dortmund, who actually play Chelsea next month in the Champions League knockout rounds.
His reputation soared even higher this winter with some excellent performances in an England shirt at the World Cup.

Manchester City confident of signing Bellingham
According to The Sun, Man City believe they can beat Chelsea and other rival buyers to Bellingham’s signature.
It is understood that the Premier League champions think the role of manager Pep Guardiola could be a deciding factor in the player’s final decision on his next club.
The report explains that Man City face competition from the likes of Chelsea, Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain to get him.
Apparently, Dortmund want £130million for their central midfielder. It may only cost £83million if the entire fee is paid up front rather than a structured one with staggered payments.

Described as “extra special” by Pat Nevin, Bellingham is a Rolls-Royce midfielder whose potential is scary.
He’s already such an authorative figure on the football pitch at the age of 19, which is why it’s no surprise the biggest teams in Europe are linked with a move to get him.
Man City, along with Liverpool, have been miles out in front as England’s best in the last few years. Therefore, adding Bellingham to the squad at the Etihad Stadium should be a scary idea for rivals.
You can fully understand why players want to develop and learn under Guardiola’s tutelage.
