Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is attracting fresh transfer interest this summer.
That is according to The Daily Mail.
They claim that Steven Gerrard, who’s been appointed this week as the new manager of Saudi Arabia club Al-Ettifaq, is already considering two summer targets from the Premier League.
It is understood that Al-Ettifaq could look at signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, 34, to improve the attack. He may be looking at Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson, too.
The report adds that Aubameyang is looking for a fresh start away from Stamford Bridge after a poor season last year, with his £10million transfer turning out to be a failure.

The Evening Standard claimed at the end of May that Aubameyang has been told by Chelsea he can leave during this summer transfer window.
It was a miserable debut season for him last year at the club, scoring three times in 21 appearances across all competitions.
His biggest problem is that he was struggling for minutes on the pitch at a time when the team were crying out for a centre-forward.

Aubameyang joins the long list of experienced and proven strikers to struggle in Chelsea colours.
It looks like Mauricio Pochettino is going down a different route this season.
As it stands, Armando Broja and new signing Nicolas Jackson will be the first-team centre-forward battling for a starting position next year at Stamford Bridge.
