According to the Daily Mail, Torino want to take the Nigeria international on a permanent basis and are ready to pay £8.8million for him.
The report details that they have an option to sign him permanently for a set £8.8million fee.
Aina is a versatile full-back that can play on either flank, but is a right-back by trade and has impressed in Italy.
The speed machine made 32 appearances across all competitions this season, scoring one goal and supplying three assists in return.
With a transfer ban potentially looming over the Blues, it could be a costly mistake if Aina exits Stamford Bridge.
