Reports suggest that Thomas Tuchel is willing to listen to offers for Hakim Ziyech this summer, with AC Milan announcing their interest.
According to The Independent however, the two sides are still a ‘huge way’ apart in terms of their valuations of a deal, which could cause a problem in any potential transfer though.
The Moroccan has struggled to break in as a regular starter under the German, after suffering similar struggles under the prior manager, Frank Lampard.

The Blues legend had made the 29-year-old his first signing as Chelsea manager, following a season spent under a transfer embargo.
Despite showing signs at the beginning of 2022 that he was about to kickstart his career at Stamford Bridge, he failed to score in any of his last nine league appearances, with the majority of those displays being brief cameos from the bench.
With the signing of Raheem Sterling reported to be imminent, the Blues would be wise to offload some of their attacking talent in order to fund more new signings.
Problem emerging in Ziyech sale
The Independent claim Ziyech could be one of these, with the report mentioning his name as a player receiving interest, in his case from Serie A champions Milan.
However, the report goes on to say there is currently a huge gap between where the two clubs value the Moroccan, with a permanent deal still in its early stages.

The winger has already been reported as wanting to join the Italian side, potentially seeing the growth of Fikayo Tomori and renaissance of Olivier Giroud as evidence that outcasts at Stamford Bridge will be giving their opportunity at the San Siro.
With Chelsea still hopeful to sign another specialist right winger such as Raphinha or Ousmane Dembele, opportunities look set to become even more limited for Ziyech, who undoubtedly has shown in glimpses he has the talent to thrive in a side where he is offered regular starting minutes.
