Reports from Italy have claimed that today will be crucial in Chelsea’s attempts to sign Dusan Vlahovic from Juventus.
According to Tutto Mercato Web, the Blues are yet to put an offer in to sign the 23-year-old this summer.
Juventus are reportedly keen to get rid of Vlahovic this summer, as they set their sights on signing their own big name from Chelsea.

They are now the most likely landing spot for Romelu Lukaku, after he burned his bridges with Inter Milan off the back of his loan there last season.
The Belgian is still not keen on a move to Saudi Arabia, and will be hoping the Serie A side can find a solution for the Serbian in order to open up space him for him to join.
Crucial day for Vlahovic
It seems right now his most likely route out of Stamford Bridge is an exchange for Vlahovic. The Serbian has been touted as a potential target for a number of months now.
It has also been claimed that new manager Mauricio Pochettino is a big fan of the striker, and even sees him as an ideal addition to his squad.

However, up to now no offer has gone in, and it is believed that developments today will be crucial in determining if a deal is likely to be struck between the two parties.
Chelsea supporters will have been a bit perplexed at the rumours, especially after watching both Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku consistently find the net in pre-season.
With no European football, the need for squad depth is far lower, and instead signing players in positions they are currently short on would be seen as more beneficial.
