Fabrizio Romano explained that Victor Moses had left Chelsea permanently, with Emerson Palmieri and Tiemoue Bakayoko soon to follow.
Spartak Moscow’s press officer, Yaroslav Kulemin, confirmed to Sport24 that Moses would be joining the club full-time after a successful loan spell.
Because Spartak qualified for the Champions League, they were able to trigger a clause in the Nigerian’s contract to buy him out right.

Moses joined Chelsea in 2015 and was pivotal during their 2016/17 Premier League title winning campaign.
In his Russian settings, he made 20 appearances, scoring four goals and providing four assists.
Another loanee who has endured a far less fruitful relationship away from Stamford Bridge is Bakayoko.
The 26-year-old joined Napoli last November, having spent the previous two seasons on-loan at AC Milan and then Monaco.

It’s safe to say his £40m (BBC Sport) move to Chelsea in 2017 hasn’t quite worked out to plan.
Emerson hasn’t fared much better, despite remaining with the Blues since he was signed from Roma in 2018.
He has been on the periphery of both Frank Lampard and Thomas Tuchel’s plans, afforded minutes only in cup competitions or the odd league cameo.

Romano stated that Emerson and Bakayoko ‘will also leave the club this summer’ along with Moses.
Other loanees who might not make it back to South West London are Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Ross Barkley and Davide Zappacosta, among many others.
Fikayo Tomori’s future is still under consideration, as AC Milan looks to lure him away from Chelsea indefinitely.
