Chelsea youngster Omari Hutchinson was involved in first-team training on Friday ahead of the Premier League clash against Brighton.
The Blues travel to the Amex Stadium on Saturday afternoon to face Brighton in a league meeting, with the previous three games between the clubs finishing in draws.
It’s a return to his former club for Blues boss Graham Potter, who decided to quit the Seagulls last month to complete a move to Stamford Bridge.

Omari Hutchinson in Chelsea training
Chelsea fans will love to hear that Hutchinson was involved in the final training session yesterday with the senior group before the Brighton fixture.
The Blues uploaded a selection of images on the club’s website of training, which does include the young prospect mixing it with the club’s star names.
He’s been one of the standout individuals in Chelsea’s youth team this season, so it’s no surprise to see him knocking on the door of the first team.
The attacking midfielder hasn’t made his senior debut for the club since joining from Arsenal in the summer, but it’s extremely positive signs that he’s at least on Potter’s radar.
Let’s wait and see if he can sneak into the match day squad this afternoon against Brighton.
He was an 18-year-old at the time of the training session, but celebrates his 19th birthday today.

Described as “exciting” by Jim Fraser when he signed, Hutchinson is making quite the impact during his opening few months in Chelsea colours.
The Athletic recently claimed that some Chelsea staff have even compared the teenager to Eden Hazard.
