Graham Potter was full of praise for Enzo Fernandez after his performance in Chelsea’s win over Leicester City.
Chelsea have now completed the league double over Leicester this season, securing a 3-1 away victory on Saturday afternoon at the King Power Stadium.
The Blues continue their feel-good factor in the squad to make it three consecutive wins across all competitions.
Ben Chilwell and Kai Havertz scored first-half goals for Chelsea to put them 2-1 ahead at half-time. Blues captain Mateo Kovacic added his team’s third late on, too.

Potter is now getting some much-needed results as Chelsea’s head coach, with Fernandez at the very heart of his team’s recent success.
The 22-year-old midfielder was his usual energetic and creative self against Leicester. His stunning pass for Havertz’s volley deserves to be mentioned alongside the best assists of the season.
When asked about Fernandez’s latest performance, Potter said (Football London): “He’s a fantastic player, a young player. I think he’s going to get better and better when he’s with us more. He’s just arrived to a new country and a new league so you always have to adapt to that. You can see his quality, when he gets the ball he passes forward. He sees everything.”

It feels like Fernandez is now recapturing his best form and his start to life in English football has been very clear.
His £106.8million price tag, along with his World Cup-winning status, put a lot of pressure on him when he joined Chelsea from Benfica in January.
However, he’s very quickly become a main figure in the XI at Stamford Bridge.
His eagerness to pass forward is something Chelsea fans have been screaming out for in recent seasons.
His partnership alongside Mateo Kovacic was once again on show against Leicester as well.
