Chelsea fans will have a mixed feeling about the recent development of Christian Pulisic and Callum Hudson-Odoi’s injuries.
Pulisic has been missing from Chelsea’s fixtures since Brighton away on New Years Day. The 22-year-old suffered an abductor injury in training in January but has recently said he is close to returning.
Pulisic said on Instagram: “Very thankful for your support. Working so hard and super close to a return.”

The American international struggled to claim the regular spot at Frank Lampard’s plan at the start of the season. But then Pulisic had had a remarkable series of performances before his injury, including his perfect hattrick against Burnley in October.
About Pulisic injury, Lampard recently said: “It’s certainly frustrating for them (Pulisic and Tammy), particularly Christian who has had a big phase-out now and is desperate to get back.”

On the other hand, Callum Hudson-Odoi has had another setback from the recovery of his hamstring injury according to a report from The Athletic journalist Liam Twomey.
It is not clear yet how bad the fresh injury is, but it will be another blow for an already injury-plagued Chelsea squad.
Chelsea have had N’Golo Kante, Tammy Abraham, Andreas Christensen and Ruben Loftus-Cheek in their injury list, although the latter recently featured for Chelsea U-23 game. Willian and Mateo Kovacic also suffered an Achilles injury in the last game against Liverpool in FA Cup fifth-round.
