Reports have now explained what has happened in training sessions during his first week as the manager of Chelsea.
According to the Mail Online, there has been a real emphasis on fitness in his first sessions, whilst also focusing on team building as the players began to return to Cobham.
A mix of first team stars and promising youngsters were in attendance last week for Pochettino to get his first impressions of who could be in his squad when they open their Premier League campaign against Liverpool.

The likes of Andrey Santos were in attendance, with the Brazilian reportedly already in the plans to become a member of the first team despite never playing for the club.
There will be a few more players joining up with the camp in the coming weeks, with many having recently represented their nations on the international stage.
Pochettino’s first week explained
One of these is likely to be Levi Colwill, who recently saw success on the Under 21 stage as part of an emphatic England side.
The defender is set for conversations with the Argentine when he returns about his future, as he waits and sees if he is going to play a part in things at Stamford Bridge.

If he is, he is set to begin taking part in training sessions that have gone down very well at the club so far, with it being claimed that the culture is beginning to shift.
The feeling around the club no doubt reached an all-time low after last season, when they finished 12th and languished in the bottom half of the table for the final months of the campaign.
However, there is now real optimism back at the club which can only be a positive going into next season where a bounceback is necessary.
