This year has been another busy one for Chelsea in the transfer market, with the Club World Cup winners bringing in the likes of Estevao Willian, Alejandro Garnacho and Joao Pedro.
The Chelsea trio have all made an impact at Stamford Bridge this season, including in their side’s 3-0 win against Wolverhampton Wanderers over the weekend.
Estevao’s ball into the box eventually found its way to Pedro for the Blues’ second goal of the game, while Garnacho finished the match with two assists to his name.
Enzo Maresca is happy with Garnacho right now, and it is easy to see why.

Alejandro Garnacho the most underrated Premier League signing this year
Garnacho has performed well in Chelsea’s last few games and, all things considered, he may just be the most underrated signing that a Premier League side have made in 2025.
Chelsea fans did not react well to their club’s interest in the winger, while he had many critics after a few incidents last season. By the time that Garnacho arrived at Stamford Bridge, there was barely anything positive being said about him.
However, there should have been. After all, Garnacho joined Chelsea as an extremely talented winger with almost 150 appearances for Manchester United by the age of 21.
The Conference League holders got themselves a young yet experienced attacker with a very, very high ceiling. And while it may be early days for him in west London, supporters are already seeing what the Argentina international has to offer and what he is likely to bring to the team in the future.
Against Wolves, Garnacho’s wing play was very confident, while his first assist was a delightful ball into the box. All of that came after he scored a very important goal for Maresca’s side in the Champions League a few days earlier.
According to FBref, the former United star makes 6.12 progressive carries per 90 minutes, putting him in the 97th percentile among attacking midfielders and wingers for that area. He is a positive wide attacker and one that did not cost Chelsea too much money.
The Blues paid just £40m to sign him from their Premier League rivals. All in all, he is a signing that has really gone under the radar.

Estevao Willian not underappreciated like Alejandro Garnacho
Outside of Chelsea, not much was being said about Estevao when he first arrived in England. In recent weeks, though, the Brazilian has certainly got his flowers.
Estevao has even been given a £104m valuation by the CIES Football Observatory. Unlike Garnacho, English football really appreciates the Brazilian.
If Estevao was a bit of an underrated signing, he is not now. The 18-year-old is getting a lot of credit, which he deserves.
Garnacho, on the other hand, is quietly going about his business and is starting to remind everyone again of his quality, talent and potential.
