Chelsea host Everton in their next fixture this weekend as the crucial games keep coming.

On Saturday afternoon, Chelsea welcome Everton to Stamford Bridge for the early kick-off in the Premier League.

The Blues go into their final five top-flight fixtures this season sitting sixth in the division table, but they need to end up inside the top five positions to secure qualification for next year’s Champions League.

Chelsea predicted line-up vs Everton

The Chelsea Chronicle have predicted the Blues XI we’re expecting to see start the fixture at home to Everton.

Robert Sanchez

Robert Sanchez will surely start his seventh consecutive game in the Premier League after retaining his position as the club’s first-choice goalkeeper.

Reece James

At right-back, Chelsea captain Reece James starts again despite playing just 45 minutes in last weekend’s 2-1 win over Fulham. It must be difficult for him to build any real momentum in his game because he’s playing a variety of positions.

Trevoh Chalobah

It could be another start for Trevoh Chalobah as one of the centre-backs, even though him and Tosin Adarabioyo are fighting hard over a position in the XI.

Levi Colwill

Levi Colwill has been one of the first names on the team sheet under Blues head coach Enzo Maresca, playing in 30 of the club’s 33 league matches this season.

Marc Cucurella

To complete the back four, Marc Cucurella slots into his usual role at left-back. He’s up to six goals across all competitions so this campaign, which is why Everton will need to be wary of his threat when he crashes into the penalty box.

Moises Caicedo

Moises Caicedo, who’s the only Chelsea star to play in every league game so far this season, should be in everyone’s predicted line-up.

Enzo Fernandez

Enzo Fernandez has stepped up in 2025, creating more chances from open play than any other midfielder in the Premier League (30). It’s one of many reasons why Enzo Fernandez is one of the first names in the XI right now.

Pedro Neto

Pedro Neto was the star of the show in the recent Fulham victory by scoring a thunderous 93rd-minute winning goal. Therefore, we expect to see him get another start, but perhaps the versatile winger will play on the right rather than the left. Pedro Neto’s debut season at Chelsea is a success, largely because he’s popping up with some key goals.

Cole Palmer

Even though Cole Palmer hasn’t scored in his previous 16 games across all competitions, we can’t imagine him being left out as we enter the business end of the season. Perhaps he can take confidence from the fact he scored four goals in a 6-0 win over Everton in this fixture during the 2023/24 campaign.

Jadon Sancho

The one and only change to the team from last weekend could see Jadon Sancho replace Noni Madueke. It’s certainly tight between the Blues wingers that are competing to start, but there’s a nice balance to Chelsea when Sancho operates from the left.

Nicolas Jackson

Finally, Nicolas Jackson could get the nod to start again, even though his form hasn’t been great lately. The temptation must be there for Maresca to start Tyrique George after the youngster’s goal off the bench against Fulham, but we predict he’ll go with the decision to use him as an impact substitute again.
