Chelsea may not be able to sign Juventus’ rising star Kenan Yildiz next summer.
It is thought that Chelsea are interested in signing Yildiz, who has been linked to several Premier League clubs.
However, it was recently claimed that Yildiz’s preference is to remain at Juventus in a blow to the Blues and the player’s other suitors.
If Chelsea cannot purchase Yildiz next year, here are three things they can do instead.

Integrate Kendry Paez
The most logical solution would be to simply integrate Kendry Paez into the first-team squad next season.
This term, Yildiz has been playing in a role behind the striker, where Paez also likes to operate. The 18-year-old Ecuadorian is currently on loan at Strasbourg and is impressing there.
Paez was recently nominated for an award in France, Ligue 1 Young Player of the Month.

Keep Facundo Buonanotte
Signing Facundo Buonanotte could also make a lot of sense. The Argentine is already at Chelsea, adapting to Enzo Maresca‘s style and methods.
If he has a good season at Stamford Bridge, perhaps it is something that the club will consider, regardless of whether Yildiz is on the market or not.
Buonanotte has a good record against Nottingham Forest, Chelsea’s next opponents, so he will be hoping to start at the City Ground on Saturday.

Sign Morgan Rogers or Fermin Lopez
If Buonanotte does not convince, then Chelsea can always go for another No.10 like Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers or Barcelona’s Fermin Lopez.
Both players were linked to the Club World Cup winners during the summer transfer window, so it would not be a complete surprise if an offer was made for one of the two.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have not removed Lopez from their shortlist.
A lot can happen between now and next summer. You would not completely rule out a move for Yildiz just yet. But if the Turkey international is not a viable option for Chelsea, the Conference League holders have other players that they can look at.
