Chelsea and several other Premier League clubs are interested in signing Juventus attacker Kenan Yildiz.

It has even been claimed that Manchester United could offer £78m for Yildiz’s signature next summer.

The 20-year-old continues to impress for Juventus, scoring one goal and providing three assists in six Serie A appearances this season.

Ultimately, Yildiz has a lot of potential, so it is no surprise to see him attracting interest from the Premier League.

Kenan Yildiz wants to stay at Juventus amid Chelsea interest

Chelsea also have Yildiz high on their list, but it looks like they will have to turn to someone else.

According to Tuttosport, while Chelsea have set their sights on signing Yildiz, the Turkey international wants to remain at Juventus.

As a result, the Old Lady are confident that they can get Yildiz to put pen to paper on a new contract, the same outlet claims.

The Blues are finding it really difficult to recruit a player of Yildiz’s profile. During the last summer transfer window, they were only able to sign Facundo Buonanotte on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion after missing out on Xavi Simons and Fermin Lopez.

Lopez remains on Chelsea’s shortlist, so they could return for the Barcelona star, which becomes more likely if Yildiz decides to remain in Turin.

How much Chelsea will have to pay to sign Kenan Yildiz if Juventus decide to sell

Anything can happen between now and the end of the season, so do not completely rule out the possibility of Juventus selling Yildiz.

If they do decide to put the former Turkey star in the shop window for whatever reason, he will not come cheap.

Tuttosport’s report claims that Juventus value Yildiz at €100m (£86.8m), which is a lot of money. It is probably too much for Chelsea, who will not even be able to guarantee Yildiz a starting spot next season given the options that they already have. Everything is pointing towards him staying at the Allianz Stadium.
