Chelsea will be looking to bounce back from their defeat to Liverpool during the week when they take on Wolverhampton Wanderers at Stamford Bridge later today.
It was a truly awful performance, with Chelsea losing 4-1 against Jurgen Klopp’s men.
However, there was at least one positive from that game, Christopher Nkunku, who has to be a starter this afternoon after his goal at Anfield.
Christopher Nkunku, Chelsea’s best forward
Nkunku has not played too many games for Chelsea this season because of injury, but it is quite clear that he is the Blues’ most dangerous forward.
The Frenchman has now scored two goals in four Premier League appearances, and his latest against Liverpool was a really good one that he practically made himself.
Nkunku’s best ever season in football saw him net 35 times in 52 games. With the 26-year-old now fit again, Mauricio Pochettino cannot afford to leave him on the bench.

Noni Madueke to drop out for Christopher Nkunku?
If Nkunku is to come into the side for the visit of Wolves, then someone obviously has to be dropped.
Noni Madueke is probably the logical candidate. The England U21 international failed to make much of an impact against Liverpool — though that can also be said about the team’s other attackers — and his return to the bench would allow Cole Palmer to move back to the right wing position.
At the end of the day, though, the most important thing is that Pochettino makes room for Nkunku.
If the Blues are to beat Gary O’Neil’s team and still want to qualify for Europe, then they need goals. And looking at their squad, Nkunku is one of the few players who has proven that he can bring that. Hopefully the France international can stay fit for the rest of the campaign.
